Remove the casing front & bottom panel.Refer to Frames 42 & 43.3. Drain the boiler. Refer to Frame 69.4. Swing the control box down into theservicing position. Refer to Frame 44.5. Disconnect the electrical lead from thepump.6. Remove the 4 Allen screws retaining thepump head.7. Remove the pump head.8. Fit the new pump head.9. Reassemble in reverse order.10. Refill the boiler. Refer to Frame 2911. Check operation of the boiler. Refer toFrame 50.71 DHW PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACEMENT1. Refer to Frame 50.2. Remove the casing front & bottom panel.Refer to Frames 42 & 43.3. Drain the boiler. Refer to Frame 69.4. Remove the 4 screws securing the rearsupport plate and withdraw the plate. Referto Frame 67.Note.The M4 screws fit the casing and theself-tapping screws fit the plastic pumpand valve housings.5. Remove the 2 Torx screws securing theplate heat exchanger from the valve andpump housings.6. Raise the RH side of the heat exchanger,lower the LH side through the bottom of theboiler and remove.7. Fit the new heat exchanger, using the newgaskets supplied.8. Reassemble in reverse order ,ensuringcorrect location of screws in the supportplate and that tabs on the pump and valvehousings engage in slots.9. Refill the boiler. Refer to Frame 29.10. Check operation of the boiler. Refer toFrame 50.SERVICING
