47SERVICINGisar - Installation and ServicingSealsEcl 2448275 BOILER SEALING PANEL SEAL REPLACEMENT1. Refer to Frame 50.2. Remove the boiler front and sealingpanels. Refer to Frames 42 & 43 .3. Remove the old seal from the casingand thoroughly clean the casingsurfaces.4. Fit the new adhesive seals, note thatthey are supplied to the correct lengthfor the relevant sides.5. Reassemble in reverse order.6. Check operation of the boiler. Refer toFrame 50.Note.Ensure that the boiler sealingpanel is correctly sealed,compressing the seal to make anairtight joint.74 EXPANSION VESSEL REPLACEMENT1. Refer to Frame 50.2. Drain the boiler. Refer to Frame 69.3. Unscrew all the gas and water connection unions on theboiler side of the valves.4. Remove the screw from the turret clamp and remove.5. Remove the turret.6. Lift the complete boiler from the wall mounting frameand place on a flat surface, face down, to expose theexpansion vessel.7. Unscrew the union nut on the vessel water connectionpipe.8. Unscrew the 2 screws from the securing clamp andremove.9. Remove the expansion vessel.10. Fit the new expansion vessel.11. Reassemble in reverse order.12. Refill the boiler. Refer to Frame 29.13. Check operation of the boiler.
