45WARNING!- Do not install, handle or disconnect the iPod when yourhands are wet or when you are immerged in the spa.- Do not leave the iPod on the connector when the spa is notin use.- Do not aim jets of water at the connector. Damage to the iPodor to the stereo system of the spa caused by water infiltration arenot covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.- Damage to the connector or to the iPod cause by incorrectinsertion/disconnection are not covered by the guarantee.Preparing the iPod for use1) Select and play the desired song/album/playlist before you pla-ce the iPod on the connector.2) Press the “source” key (on the panel of the tuner/CD or onthe remote control) until the respective display shows the mes-sage “CD-1”.Use the remote control or the panel of the tuner/CD tocontrol the iPod- Press the key >>I to go to the next track.- Press and hold this key to fast forward the track that is cur-rently playing.- Press the key I<< twice to go back to the start of the currenttrack.Press it 3 times to select previous tracks.- Press key 4 to pause the current track (press it again to con-tinue playback).Generic MP3 playerIf you have an MP3 player other than an iPod, proceed as fol-lows:1) Connect the output of the headphones of the player to the auxi-liary connector of the stereo system, as shown (use the RCA cable).2) Select and play the desired song/album/playlist before con-necting the player to the stereo system.3) Press the “source” key (on the panel of the tuner/CD or onthe remote control) until the respective display shows the mes-sage “AU-1”.Note: selecting the track, fast forwarding, pausing, etc. can allbe made only on the MP-3 player, except for the "source" keyand volume adjustment, which can be performed from the re-mote control or the panel of the tuner/CD).WARNING!Do not install, handle or disconnect the iPod when your handsare wet or when you are immerged in the spa.Optional Remote Control(Available Separately)To ensure maximum life of the optional wireless stereo remote, we rec-ommend never submerging it in water or leaving it under the spa cov-er. Prolonged exposure to moisture will damage the remote.Remote control keys“power” key: turns remote control on/off.“mute” key: to temporarily turn off the volume of the current track.Press the key again to return the volume to its normal level.“source” key: lets you select the various functions (radio, CD,iPod/MP3 player).key 1 (intro)- in CD mode, lets you listen to a 5-second preview of eachtrack.- in radio mode: selects the station memorized in position 1.Press and hold the key for about 3 seconds to memorize the cur-rent frequency in position 1.key 2 (random)- in CD mode: the tracks are played in random order.- in radio mode: the same as with key 1.key 3 (repeat)- in CD mode: the same track is repeated until the key is pres-sed again.- in radio mode: the same as with key 1.key 4memorizes the current frequency in position 4.When an iPod is connected, this key acts as the "pause" key.key 5memorizes the current frequency in position 5.key 6memorizes the current frequency in position 6.MENUMENUMENUMENUMENUMENUMENU123
