48 Press SELECT sensor once to display currently programmedduration or days elapsed since last filter cleaning interval. Press UP or DOWN sensor to change duration as follows: 0 - 10- 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 80 - 90 - 100 - 110 - 120 - OFF. Press DISPLAY sensor once to save changes and return tothe standard water temperature display.N.B.: If no sensor is pressed within 30 seconds, the screen willautomatically return to the normal water temperature display.Programming circulation pump run timeThe control system allows you to easily adjust two separate as-pects of circulation pump operation:- the time of day the circulation pump begins operating.- the length of time the circulation pump operates.The factory-set start time is 12:00AM (Midnight). The durationis 24 hours. To make adjustments, press the CYCLE key to enter the cir-culation pump programming mode: the display shows the mes-sage “Circ.”. Press the SELECT sensor once: The previously programmedstart time appears on the display. Press ( + ) or ( - ) to adjust the start time in increments of 30minutes. Press the SELECT sensor to program duration. Press ( + ) or ( - ) to adjust the start time in increments of 1 hour. Press “DISPLAY” to memorize the adjustments you have made:the main display return to showing the water temperature.N.B.: If no sensor is pressed within 30 seconds, the screenwill automatically return to the standard water temperaturedisplay.N.B.: the circulation pump automatically activates if the spa re-quires heat (in standard skimming/heating mode only) re-gardless of the programmed start time and duration.Locking skimming/heating cyclesYou may keep the skimming/heating cycle programs from be-ing inadvertently altered by electronically locking them. To accomplish this, simply press CYCLE then, within 30 seconds,press DISPLAY, MODE and ( + ), within five seconds of each other:a lock symbol will appear on the display. In this state, the status ofthe cycle programming may be checked, but may not be altered. To unlock the skimming/heating cycle programming, simplypress DISPLAY, MODE and ( - ) within five seconds each.Panel LockTo help prevent unauthorized use of your spa, there is an ex-clusive system which deactivates the keys of the panel. To Lock The Panel: Press the DISPLAY, MODE, and ( + ) keys,in order, within five seconds: A padlock symbol will appear on thedisplay. With the panel locked, none of the components can beturned on and the only settings that can be adjusted are the stan-dard/economy operating mode and changing the time of day.All automatic spa functions will operate normally. To Unlock The Panel: Press DISPLAY, MODE, and ( - ), inorder, within five seconds: The “lock” symbol will disappear. Allkeys are now active.Temperature Setting Lock To electronically lock the temperature setting, first enter the“temperature setting” mode by pressing ( + ) or ( - ). Then, within five seconds, press the three keys "DISPLAY","MODE" and (+): this will prevent the temperature setting frombeing changed by unauthorized persons but all other keys willremain active. To unlock the temperature setting simply follow the instructionsto unlock the panel.Spa maintenance Cleaning the filtersA programmable “Change Filter” reminder flashes on the con-trol panel display after a specified number days to remind youto clean the skimmer filter and to check the polishing bag filter.This reminder must be reset at each filter cleaning interval.Your new spa is equipped with an advanced 2-stage filtration sys-tem. Fine debris is filtered by the circulation pump drawing wa-ter through the skimmer and pleated filter cartridge every 24hours (unless programmed otherwise). Large debris are filteredwhen either jets pump is running when the spa is in use or dur-ing a programmed filter cycle. These pumps draw water fromfootwell suction fitting and through a secondary water polishingbag filter. The exclusive footwell “sweeper” suction fitting en-hances filtration in the footwell area by creating a “swirling” wa-ter motion to maximize particle agitation and pickup.To ensure optimum performance, the filter cartridge of the skim-mer (A) must be cleaned every three months and replaced oncea year and the secondary polishing filter bag (B) should be emp-tied weekly and replaced every 3 months.ALWAYS TURN POWER TO THE SPA OFF BEFORECLEANING THE FILTER CARTRIDGES!To accomplish this, refer to the following filter cleaning procedure:
