Make sure all necessary isolation valves are closedto prevent pool water from reaching the pump. Ifthe pump is installed below water level, ensure allnecessary isolation valves are closed to preventpool water from reaching the pump.4. Turn the locking ring counter-clockwise untilthe ‘START’ markings align with the ports. SeeFigure “Figure 9. Disengage Lock Ring”5. Carefully lift to remove the lid with locking ring.
