ConvectConvection uses a fan to circulate hot air evenly over, underand around the food. If Auto Convect Conversion isturned off, you can set 170° F.• After three seconds, the oven will begin to preheat.CNVT BAKE and PREHEATwill appear in the displayalong with 100° or the actual oven temperature,whichever is higher.• The temperature in the display will increase in 1°increments until the oven reaches the presettemperature. Use for all foods when baking on one rack.• After Bake or Convect Bake has been programmed andactivated, press the Rapid Preheat pad.• I RACK ONLY will display, after 10 seconds the display willshow RAPID and PREHEAT.• Preheat time is 5 minutes.To return to Standard Preheat:• Press Rapid Preheat pad again.
