6. To change the oven temperature, touch the TEMPERATUREtab to move to the Temperature screen. Use the slider toenter a desired cooking temperature or touch the -5°F (-1°C)or +5°F (+1°C) buttons. The temperature must be between170°F (77°C) and 550°F (288°C).7. To set a delayed start, touch Delay Start and set desired time.See "Delay Start" section for additional information.8. To remove probe temperature, but keep current mode andcavity temperature, touch CANCEL PROBE button.9. If Delay is chosen when the probe is in use, select Delay Startwhen at the Probe Temp screen, then select when cookingshould begin. Because the probe controls the end time, theend time will not be displayed.2. Use the slider to enter a desired begin time or press the"-15min" or "+15min" buttons. These buttons decrease orincrease the selected begin and also move the slider.3. The oven will automatically keep the food warm when theprobe reaches the target temperature.4. Press SET DELAY.Delay for Clean1. If Delay for Clean is desired, select Delay Start after selectingthe Cleaning level. Select when cleaning should begin. Theoven will calculate the end time based on your cleaning levelchoice.2. Use the slider to enter a desired begin and end time or pressthe "-15min" or "+15min" buttons. These buttons decrease orincrease the selected begin/end time and also move theslider.3. The oven will cool for an additional hour after cleaning iscompleted.4.
