6. To change the oven temperature, touch the TEMPERATUREtab to move to the Temperature screen. Use the slider toenter a desired cooking temperature or touch the -5°F (-1°C)or +5°F (+1°C) buttons. The temperature must be between170°F (77°C) and 550°F (288°C).7. To set a delayed start, touch Delay Start and set desired time.See "Delay Start" section for additional information.8. To remove probe temperature, but keep current mode andcavity temperature, touch CANCEL PROBE button.9. Touch START to begin cooking with the probe.Food Poisoning HazardDo not let food sit in oven more than one hour beforeor after cooking.Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.Delay Start allows the oven(s) to be set to turn on at a certaintime of day and cook for a set length of time.Delay Start should not be used for food such as breads andcakes because they may not bake properly.Delay Start is available with any cycle that has a Delay Startbutton.To Set a Delay Start:1. From any mode with the Delay Start button available, pressDELAY START.2. Set time of day you would like the oven to start heating byusing the slider to enter a desired time or press the "-15min"or "+15min" buttons. These buttons decrease or increase theselected time and also move the slider.Delay with Cook Timer:1. If Delay with Cook Timer is desired, select Timer Not Set orCook Timer.2. Program desired cook time, then touch DELAY START. Thedifference between the start and end time should equal thecook time.3. Use the slider to enter a desired begin and end time or pressthe "-15min" or "+15min" buttons. These buttons decrease orincrease the selected begin/end time and also move theslider.4. Press SET DELAY.Delay with Probe:Burn HazardUse an oven mitt to remove temperature probe.Do not touch broil element.Failure to follow these instructions can result in burns.1. If Delay is chosen when the probe is in use, select Delay Startwhen at the Probe Temp screen, then select when cookingshould begin. Because the probe controls the end time, theend time will not be displayed.2. Use the slider to enter a desired begin time or press the"-15min" or "+15min" buttons. These buttons decrease orincrease the selected begin and also move the slider.3. The oven will automatically keep the food warm when theprobe reaches the target temperature.4. Press SET DELAY.Delay for Clean1. If Delay for Clean is desired, select Delay Start after selectingthe Cleaning level. Select when cleaning should begin. Theoven will calculate the end time based on your cleaning levelchoice.2. Use the slider to enter a desired begin and end time or pressthe "-15min" or "+15min" buttons. These buttons decrease orincrease the selected begin/end time and also move theslider.3. The oven will cool for an additional hour after cleaning iscompleted.4. Press SET DELAY.OVEN CAREBurn HazardDo not touch the oven during the Self-Cleaning cycle.Keep children away from oven duringSelf-Cleaning cycle.Failure to follow these instructions can result in burns.IMPORTANT: The health of some birds is extremely sensitive tothe fumes given off during the Self-Clean cycle. Exposure to thefumes may result in death to certain birds. Always move birds toanother closed and well-ventilated room.26
