9.800-103.0 • REV. 1/077PRESSURE WASHER OPERATOR’S MANUALASSEMbLy INSTRUCTIONSSTEP 1: Attach the high pressurehose to the spray gun using teflontape on hose threads.STEP 2: Remove Wand end andfirst place the o-ring followed bythe high pressure nozzle as shown.Replace end of wand.STEP 3: Remove shipping cap andinstall oil dipstick. Check pump oillevel by using dipstick or observeoil level in oil window (if equipped).Use 30 wt. non detergent oil.gardenHoseSpraygunHigh PressureHoseWandHigh PressureNozzleO-RingSTEP 4: Connect the high pressurehose to the pump discharge fitting.Push coupler collar forward untilsecure.STEP 5: Connect garden hose tothe cold water source.STEP 6: Check inlet filters, re-move debris, then connect thegarden hose to pump water inlet.CAUTION: Do not run the pumpwithout water or pump damagewill result.22mmCouplerWaterInletbATTERy INSTALLATIONDue to Federal Regulations concerning shipment of corrosive chemicals,batteries are not shipped with thismachine.Local purchase of battery will be theresponsibility of the owner.
