18OperationsOperating InstructionsSTEP 1: Have an electricianconnect power supply into elec-trical box according to informationshown on the serial plate.STEP 4: To apply detergent openthe detergent valve counterclock-wise making sure that thedetergent pick-up tube is in thedetergent solution and not suckingair. With optional remotes, thedetergent switch needs to beturned to the OFF position beforeturning to the ON position toactivate the detergent solenoid.STEP 2: Turn on main gas supplyand depress and turn control knobto the ‘ON’ position.STEP 5: To Stop: Turn the burnerswitch off and place the detergentpick-up tube into fresh water. Openthe detergent valve and triggerspray gun allowing detergent linesto be flushed and the burner tocool. Otherwise, coil damage willresult. After water has cooled, turnpump switch to OFF position. If themachine is going to be off for anextended period of time, put themanual valve on the gas valve intothe OFF position.STEP 3: Push pump ‘ON’ switch, orturn to pump position and pull thetrigger on the spray gun allowingcold water to flow. To activate thegas control valve for hot water,push the burner switch to the ‘ON’position and pull the trigger on thespray gun.When steam is needed,turn the steam knob counterclock-wise.
