Other claims of any nature whatsoever, in particular with respect to compens-ation, are excluded. Please comply with the regional public waste-disposal system.1.5.2 Damage in transitIn GermanyIf the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, please proceed as follows:1. The recipient of the package must record the loss or damage on the delivery re-ceipt. The recipient and the representative of the shipping company must sign thisdelivery receipt.2. Leave the product and packaging in the condition in which you received it.3. Do not use the product.4. Report the damage to the shipping company.5. Report the damage to KaVo.6.
