48TroubleshootingIn the event of a malfunction, fi rst check all the cable connections and operating states:1. Receiver and TV set power plugs are connected to wall socket2. Antenna cables on receiver input3. Receiver and TV set correctly connected by a HDMI or Scart cable4. Audio connections are made to Hi-Fi or Dolby Digital system as appropriate5. Receiver and TV set (Hi-Fi/Dolby Digital system) are switched on (check power indicators)6. Receiver is responding to remote controlA selection of troubleshooting tips is offered below.Problem Cause RemedyA "No signal!” warningappears on someor all channelsConsult an antenna specialist to haveit checked and repaired as neces-sary. Check the settings performedin the "Settings", "Antenna and sat-ellites", "Tuner Configuration" menu,and change them if necessary.The receiver nolonger reacts to theremote controlThe batteries being used may beempty or have been inserted into thebattery compartment incorrectly.Receiver or remote control commandset may have been unintentionallychangedCheck the batteries (see also "Insert-ing batteries in the remote control" inthese instructions)Set infrared code 1 as described inthe operating manual under “Mainmenu settings”, “Basic settings”,“Setting the remote control code”Wrong time beingdisplayed"Summertime" setting is wrong.
