Garminalso reserves the right to discontinue offering anyContent supplied by any third party supplier if suchsupplier ceases to supply such content or Garmin’scontract with such supplier terminates for anyreason.Support. If you purchased your Application froma third party application vendor and you needoperational or technical support and assistanceregarding the installation, un-installation, useor operation of the Application, or if you havequestions, complaints or claims regarding theApplication, contact Garmin at: mobileapplications.support@garmin.com.Acknowledgement of Application VendorResponsibility. If you purchased your Applicationfrom a third party application vendor, theApplication Vendor shall have no maintenanceor support obligation for the Application, nor anyresponsibility for addressing any claims from youor any third party regarding the possession or useof the Application, including without limitationproduct liability claims, claims of failure to meetlegal or regulatory requirements or consumerprotection laws claims. Further, the ApplicationVendor shall have no responsibility regardingthird party claims of intellectual property rightsviolations as a result of your possession or use ofthe Application.Restrictions. Except where you have beenspecifically licensed to do so by Garmin, andwithout limiting the preceding paragraphs,you may not use the Garmin Products with anyproducts, systems, or applications installed orotherwise connected to or in communicationwith vehicles, and which are capable of dispatch,fleet management or similar applications wherethe Content is used by a central control center indispatching a fleet of vehicles. In addition, youare prohibited from renting or leasing the GarminProducts to any other person or third party. Onlythose rental car companies that are specificallyauthorized by Garmin in writing to rent Garminproducts containing the Content to their rentalcustomers are permitted to rent out such products.You agree to be fully responsible for your ownconduct and content while using the Softwareand for any consequences thereof. You agree touse the Software only for purposes that are legal,proper and in accordance with this Agreementand any applicable policies or guidelines. By wayof example, and not as a limitation, you agree thatwhen using the Software, You will not:• upload, post, email or transmit or otherwisemake available content that infringes anypatent, trademark, copyright, trade secret orother proprietary right of any party, unlessyou are the owner of the rights or havethe permission of the owner to post suchContent;• use the Software or other content for anyillegal or unauthorized purpose; or• transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojanhorses, or any items of a destructive nature.In the event that you are located outside of theUnited States, you agree to comply with any laws,rules or regulations in your locale or in the locationof your web server regarding online conduct andacceptable content, including laws regulating theexport of data to the United States or your countryof residence.Data Transfer. Certain services in connection withthe Application may result in a transfer of data fromyour device. In that case, additional charges fordata transfer may arise, depending on your devicedata plan. Please contact your data provider fordetails about any additional charges.Garmin Live Services. Garmin may provideto you services known as “Garmin Live” services.Garmin Live services may be a “one-time” Liveservices purchase or a purchase for a specific term.If a “one-time” purchase is made, purchasers ofthat service will receive Garmin Live services forthe (i) useful life of the purchaser’s Garmin device,
