Set the LEARN/USE switch to LEARN.Set the AUDIO/VIDEO/AUX switch (A/B/C) to therequired position.2. Place the remote control unit of another componentwith this remote control unit (RC-V6000L) so that theirheads (signal transmitters) face each other (at a dis-tance of 2 to 5 cm, or 0.8 to 2 inches).3. Press the learning key of the RC-V6000L under whichyou want to program the function signal.The LEARN indicator will light up.4. Within 30 seconds after pressing the key above, pressthe key of the other remote control unit which containsthe function to be programmed (stored).The LEARN indicator changes from steady lighting toblinking, indicating that the function signal is beingprogrammed.5. When the LEARN indicator blinks twice then goes off,it indicates that the signal has been programmed(stored). Release your finger from the key of the otherremote control unit.Note:Be sure to hold the key of the other remote control unitdepressed until the LEARN indicator goes out.®To program (store) another function signal underanother key, repeat steps 3 to 5 above.
