TK-30006DISASSEMBLY FOR REPAIR1. Separating the Case Assembly from theChassis1. Remove the two knobs (a).2. Remove the two screws (b).3. Expand the right and left sides of the bottom of the caseassembly, Iift the chassis, and remove it from the caseassembly (c).4. Taking care not to cut the speaker lead (d), open thechassis and case assembly.Note:Solder the speaker wire back in its original position if youhave removed it.d–+BRNGRN2. Removing the TX-RX unit from theChassis1. Remove the packing (e).2. Remove the 13 screws (f).3. Remove the packing (g) and two hexagon nuts (h).4. Remove the solder from the antenna terminal using asoldering iron then lift the unit off (i).Note:When reassembling the unit in the chassis, be sure tosolder the antenna terminal.3.
