13MAINTENANCE (continued)SQUARING THE BLADE1. Remove the fence by loosening the two wingscrews and sliding the fence out.2. Place the saw on a flat surface.3. With the bevel indicator at 0 degrees, use a smallsquare to ensure the blade is square with thesurface.4. If the blade is not square, locate the positive stopadjustment screw shown in Figure 14.5. Rotate the screw, right or left, and continuemeasuring with the square until the blade is squarewith the surface.6.
