Carefully insert the blade fence (8, B5) so thatthe ends of the fence arms slide under thewedge clips.NOTE: The blade fence may be inserted andused upside down or right side up.When used right side up, the bottom lip of thefence is lower than the bottom plate of the saw,enabling you to use the edge of your workpieceas a guide.When installed upside down, the bottom of thefence is level with the bottom plate of the saw,keeping the bottom plate level to the workpiecewhile letting you use any perpendicular surfaceas a guide.4.
