213The following annual inspectionschedule is recommended for carstravelling less than 20,000 km ayear (e.g. approximately 10,000km). The schedule includes thefollowing operations:– Check tyre condition and wear andadjust pressure, if required (includingspare wheel).– Check operation of lights (head-lights, direction indicators, hazardlights, boot light, passenger compart-ment ceiling light, glove compartmentlight, instrument panel lights, etc.).– Check windscreen wiper/washerand adjust nozzles.– Check position wear of wind-screen/rear window wiper blades.– Check front brake pad conditionsand wear.– Check for bonnet and boot lockcleanness, lever cleanness and lubri-cation– Inspect conditions of. engine, gear-box, transmission, piping (exhaust -fuel feed - brakes), rubber parts(boots - sleeves - bushings - etc.),brake and fuel line hoses.– Check battery charge status.– Check conditions of various con-trol belts.– Check and top up fluid levels (en-gine coolant, brakes, windscreenwasher, battery, etc.).– Change engine oil.– Replace engine oil filter.– Replace pollen filter.ADDITIONALCHECKSEvery 1,000 km or before long trips,check and top up as necessary:– engine coolant level– brake/hydraulic clutch fluid level– power steering fluid level– windscreen/rear window washerliquid level– tyre pressure and conditions.You are recommended to use theproducts designed and producedspecifically for LANCIA cars (see“Capacities” in “Technical specifica-tions”).Every 3,000 km check the engineoil level and top up as necessary.ANNUAL INSPECTION SCHEDULE
