24 ENGLISHInstalling or removing the dump unitOptional accessoryInstalling the dump unit1. Take out the dump unit and the handle from the box.► Fig.8: 1. Dump unit 2. Handle2. Insert the pipes of the handle into the dump unit asshown in the figure, and then tighten 4 bolts securely.► Fig.9: 1. Bolt 2. HandleNOTE: When tightening the bolts, lift the handle slightly.3. Make sure that the dump unit is locked by pullingdown the handle.► Fig.10: 1. Handle4. Remove the cord cover located in the lower rightcorner on the rear of the machine.► Fig.11: 1. Cord cover5. Place the dump unit on the base unit by holdingthe dump unit with two people as shown in the figure.► Fig.126. Temporarily tighten 2 bolts at the rear of themachine. Tighten the rest of 4 bolts securely, and thentighten 2 bolts at the rear of the machine securely.► Fig.13: 1. Bolt (front) 2. Bolt (rear)7. Attach the cord cover.► Fig.14: 1. Take out the bucket, stays, and front pipe from the box.► Fig.15: 1. Bucket 2. Stay 3. Front pipe2. Insert the front pipe between the upper frame andlower frame of the dump unit.► Fig.16: 1. Front pipe3. Place the stay on the dump unit, and then tempo-rarily tighten the bolts with the front pipe together. Installthe other stay to the dump unit in the same way.► Fig.17: 1. Stay 2. Bolt4. Place the bucket on the front pipe and left andright stays.Place the rubber washer on the hole of the bucket andinsert the bolt from the top. Attach the flat washer andspring washer in order to the bolt, and then tighten thenut from the bottom. Tighten the rest of the bolts andnuts in the same way.► Fig.18: 1. Bolt 2. Rubber washer 3. Take out the carrier from the box, and attach theside rails and front rail to the base frame.► Fig.192. Tighten 6 thumb nuts together with springs andwashers to fix the rails.► Fig.20: 1. Thumb nut 2. Spring 3. Washer3. Place the carrier on the dump unit.Insert the bolt from the top. Attach the flat washer andspring washer in order to the bolt, and then tighten thenut from the bottom. Place the holding frames on the base unit, andthen temporarily tighten 2 bolts at the rear of themachine.
