Set for the desired angleby tilting accordingly, then tighten the clamping screwssecurely.1► 1. Clamping screwUse the stopper when you do precise 45° angle cutting.Fully turn the stopper as illustrated depending on 0° -45° bevel cut or 0° - 48° bevel cut.10° - 45°0° - 48°► 1. StopperSightingFor straight cuts, align the 0° position on the front of the base withyour cutting line. For 45° bevel cuts, align the 45° position with it.1 2► 1. Cutting line (0° position) 2. C utting line (45° position)Lighting the lampCAUTION: Do not look in the light or see thesource of light directly.To turn on the lamp without running the tool, pull theswitch trigger without pressing the lock-off button.To turn on the lamp with the tool running, press and holdthe lock-off button and pull the switch trigger.The lamp goes out 10 seconds after releasing the switch trigger.1► 1. LampNOTE: Use a dry cloth to wipe the dirt off the lens ofthe lamp. Be careful not to scratch the lens of lamp, orit may lower the illumination.NOTE: When the tool is overheated, the lamp blinksfor one minute. In this case, cool down the tool beforeanother operation.
