104.2 The Language MenuThe Language setup menuenables the SuperUniti userinterface language to bechanged. Enter setup modeand use the handset ok/list keyto select Language. Exit setup mode by pressing the exit key.4.3 The Inputs MenuThe Inputs setup menu enablesa variety of parameters to bespecified for each SuperUnitiinternal source and externalinput. These parameters definehow control of SuperUniti inputsbehaves. The options availablefor each are described inthe following sections. Threeparameters are common to allinputs:Enabled: Switches the input on oroff and displays or hides any associated menus.Name: Enables user specified names to be attached toinputs. Use the handset to enter text.Input Trim: Enables the relative level of each input tobe adjusted so that each is of an approximately equalvolume. Adjust using the handset 6 or 5 key.4.3.1 FM InputParameter OptionsEnabled: Yes / NoName: User definableInput Trim: ±10dBSeek Lock: Medium / High.Sets the FM signal strength required for theSuperUniti tuner to identify an FM station.SuperUniti Setup4 SuperUniti SetupOnce SuperUniti is installed with mains power, speakers and all external connectionsmade, it can be switched on and set up for use.The degree to which you modify SuperUniti’s default settings will depend upon the usesto which you put it and the extent to which you use its capabilities. It may be that youhave no need to modify the default settings at all, however we would encourage you toread this section of the manual in order that you gain a full understanding of SuperUniti’scapabilities.
