The warranty period for the Machine is from itsoriginal Date of Installation; the date on the invoice isconsidered the Date of Installation unless NEC notifies youotherwise.NECAM may use new, used, serviceable, or reconditionedparts, components, or modules that are in good working orderas replacements. Replacement items shall be of like kind andquality of those replaced.
