In a Web browser, enter http:// and the IP address of the UPS (for example,http://xxx.xxx.xxx).If Internet Explorer is configured with its default security settings, a message boxwith the following message is displayed the first time you attempt to configure yourUPS with PowerChute software:Content from the Web site listed below is being blocked bythe Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx...If you trust this Web site, you can lower security settingsfor the site by adding it to the Trusted sites zone....In this message, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of either the PCNS userinterface Web page or the UPS management card Web page. Click Accept to addthis address to Trusted Sites. Make sure that Active scripting for Trusted Sites isset to either Enable (the default) or Prompt. If Active scripting is set to Prompt,allow scripting when prompted. If you close the message box without adding the IPaddress to Trusted Sites, you will be unable to configure the UPS.4. If prompted for a password, supply a valid password for the UPS.5. In the left column of the Network Management Card page, click the name of theUPS.6. In the left column, click Configuration.7. On the Configuration page, use the settings in Table A-1 for the shutdownparameters. Click Apply after you modify the settings.
