Ensure all burner controls are in the off position. Turn on the gas supply valve.Main BurnerLighting Rear Burner Lighting(Rotisserie Burner)(if equipped)Side Burner Lighting(If equipped)1. Open grill lid. 1. Open grill lid. 1. Open side burner cover.2. Push and turn any main burnerknob slowly to the ’hi’ position. Thisaction will ignite the pilot flame whichwill in turn light the selected burner.If the pilot lights, continue to pushdown on the control knob until theburner lights and then release.2. Remove the warming rack. 2. Push and turn side burner controlto high position.3. If the pilot does not ignite, thenimmediately turn the control knobback to the ‘off position and repeatstep 2 several times.3. Push and turn the rotisserieburner control knob slowly tothe ‘hi’ position. This action willignite the pilot flame which will inturn light the burner. If the pilotlights, continue to push down onthe burner control knob until theburner lights then release.3. Press and hold igniter button untilburner lights, or light by match.4. If the pilot and burner will notignite within 5 seconds, turn thecontrol knob to the ‘off’ position andwait 5 minutes for any excess gas todissipate. Either repeat steps 2 and 3or light with a match.4. If the burner does not ignite,then immediately turn the controlknob back to the ‘off’ position andrepeat step 3 several times.4. If the burner will not ignite within5 seconds, turn the control knob tothe ‘off’ position and wait 5 minutesfor any excess gas to dissipate. Eitherrepeat steps 2 and 3 or light with amatch.5. If lighting the unit with a match, clipthe match into the supplied lightingrod. Hold the lit match down throughthe grill and sear plate while turningthe corresponding burner valve tohigh.5. If the burner will not ignitewithin 5 seconds, turn the controlknob to the ‘off’ position and wait5 minutes for any excess gas todissipate. Either repeat steps 3 and4 or light with a match.WARNING! Do not use the rear burner (rotisserie burner) with the main burners operating.
