Install the bottom bricks, working from the back of the appliance forward.B. Install five (1100 series), six (1400 series)* or eight (1900) bricks along both sides of the appliance.Before installing the back bricks, loosen the screw holding the brick retainer and ensure that it hasbeen moved forward. Install the six bricks along the back wall by pivoting the bricks up under the brickretainer. Retighten the screw. NOTE: Center bricks have been cut.C. 1900 OnlyPlace the stainless steel support onto the top row of the bricks as illustrated. Pivot the 2 piece baffleup and onto the support, then slide them over and onto the flange of the manifold. Ensure that theoverlaps are interlocked to close the gap. Push the baffles to the rear of the firebox. Repeat for the op-posite side.D. Carefully pivot fibre baffle up onto the top of the side brick. Slide it over onto the flange of the manifoldshield. Ensure that the top baffles are pushed all the way to the rear of the firebox, leaving a minimumof a 1” gap along the front. This will allow the flue gases to escape the firebox.E. Install the 4 bricks along the front opening.* The fibre baffles may need to be placed in prior to the side bricks for the 1400 series.NOTE: Do not operate if baffle and manifold shield are not in position.Insert the ornamental trivet into the space on the stove top. TRIVETEnsure that the pedestal surfaces are clean and dry; peel the protective backing from the trim adhesive. Insertone end of the brass trim into one of the slots located in the pedestal and pressing firmly, proceed aroundto the other slot. Cut trim to size.
