19STEP 4: Inspect the printed samples. Unless you changed the defaults, there will be 5 sets. Thefirst will represent NO CHANGE, using a value of 0. Find the sample that best corrects theissue and note the printed correction value. The value used is printed at the top of eachsample page. Enter this value in the grid interface at the corresponding location andclick Submit.The sample shown has a value of 10. However, you can still see the narrow lightermagenta band on the seam between dies 4 and 5. You will be looking for a sample whereyou cannot see the band. That will be the correction value you will enter.Figure 20. If you needto repeat the samples or slightly adjust the value do so. Note that the value will be overwritten,not “added to”.STEP 6: Once you are satisfied with the results, select Save to permanently save the value to the printer.If at any time you want to start over, repower the printer before selecting Save.Now that the Narrow Band is corrected, finish correcting other Narrow Bands before moving on to otherquality issues.10 Die Align Adjustment
