41Adjusting Brightness (Exposure Compensation), Vividness, and HueBasic Photography and Playback: A (Auto) ModeOperating the Creative SliderWhen using A (auto) mode and C (continuous) mode, use the creative slider toadjust brightness (exposure compensation), vividness, and hue for taking pictures.1 Press the rotary multi selector K (o).The creative slider screen is displayed.2 Press the rotary multi selector J or K tochoose o, G, or F.The screen for adjusting o brightness (exposurecompensation), G vividness, and F hue is displayed.3 Adjust the brightness, vividness, or hue.The rotary multi selector is used as follows.• HI: The slider moves. The effect can be adjustedwhile confirming the results in the monitor.
