Additionally, even with subjects of similar brightness,pictures can be taken at faster shutter speeds, and blurring caused by camerashake and subject movement can be reduced.• Although higher ISO sensitivity is effective when shooting darker subjects, shootingwithout the flash, shooting while using the zoom, etc., images may contain noise.The current ISO sensitivity setting is indicated by an icon when shooting (A6).• When Auto is selected, the E icon is not displayed at ISO 80, but is displayedif the ISO sensitivity automatically increases to more than 80.• When Fixed range auto is selected, U and the maximum value of ISOsensitivity is displayed.B Notes About ISO sensitivity• There are functions with which this setting cannot be enabled.
