Multiple exposures can make use of RAWdata from the camera image sensor to produce colors noticeablysuperior to those in software-generated photographic overlays.❚❚ Creating a Multiple ExposureMultiple exposures can not be recorded in live view. Exit live viewbefore proceeding. Note that at default settings, shooting will endand a multiple exposure will be recorded automatically if nooperations are performed for 30 s.1 Select Multipleexposure in theshooting menu.Press the G button todisplay the menus.Highlight Multipleexposure in the shooting menu and press 2.A Extended Recording TimesFor an interval between exposures of more than 30 s, extend the meter-off delay using Custom Setting c2 (Standby timer, 0 316). Themaximum interval between exposures is 30 s longer than the optionselected for Custom Setting c2. If no operations are performed for 30 safter the monitor has turned off during playback or menu operations,shooting will end and a multiple exposure will be created from theexposures that have been recorded to that point.G button
