Do not placeanything on top. Store the Food Processor Bowl withthe chopping blade inside and lid on top and the NutriNinja™ cup with the rest of the attachments along sidethe appliance or in a cabinet where they will not bedamaged and won’t cause a hazard.RESETTING THE MOTOR THERMOSTATThe Nutri Ninja™ | Ninja ® Blender Duo with Auto-iQ™Technology features a safety system which preventsdamage to the unit’s motor and drive system should youinadvertently overload your appliance. If the applianceis being overloaded, the motor will stop. Allowthe appliance to cool for approximately 15minutes. To reset the appliance, follow the resettingprocedure below:1 Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.2 Remove and empty the container and ensure that nofood is jamming the cutting blades or attachments.3 Allow the appliance to cool for approximately 15minutes.4 Re-install the container onto the base and re-plug theappliance into the electrical outlet.5 Proceed to use the appliance as before making sure notto exceed the recommended maximum capacities.Pizza DoughIngredients:1/3 tsp Salt1/4 oz. Packet Active Dry Yeast1/2 tsp Sugar2/3 cup Warm Water (105° - 110°F)2 cups All-purpose Flour1/4 cup Olive OilReserved FlourReserved WaterDirections:1. Combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water in a small bowl and set aside until foamy, about 5 minutes.2. Place the dough blade into the Food Processor Bowl and add the flour, salt, olive oil, and the yeast mixture. Turnunit ON and select “LOW/DOUGH”. Process until all of the ingredients come together to form a mass. Removethe dough and divide in half, kneading the two balls of dough for 1-2 minutes. Place one ball into a lightly oiledbowl and cover loosely with plastic wrap, allowing to rest and rise for 1 hour. Freeze the other dough ball for upto two months.Tip: If the dough is too wet, add a tablespoon of flour. If the dough is too dry, add a tablespoon of water.Suggested RecipeHOW TO CLEANCAUTION: Make sure that the motor base isunplugged from the power source beforeinserting or removing any attachment and beforecleaning.CAUTION: DO NOT immerse the motor base intowater or any other liquid.CAUTION: Use caution when handling the bladeassemblies as the blades are very sharp.1 Separate/remove all parts from each other.2 Clean the motor base with a damp cloth and wipe dry.3 Place the blender pitcher and Nutri Ninja™ cup in thedishwasher. Place the lids and attachments on the toprack.NOTE: You may also wash the containers by filling ¾of the container with warm water and a drop of dishwashing detergent, placing the corresponding lid onthe container and pressing the Auto-iQ™ Pulse button afew times. Once clean, remove the container from themotor base. Rinse the container, attachment and lidunder running water.
