Please payparticular attention to operational instructions, warnings, and important safeguardsto avoid any injury or property damage.3 Wash the grill grate, splatter shield, crisper basket, roasting rack, temperature probe,cleaning brush, and cooking pot in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.The grill grate, splatter shield, crisper basket, roasting rack, cleaning brush, andcooking pot are also dishwasher safe. NEVER clean the main unit or temperatureprobe in the dishwasher.BEFORE FIRST USEFUNCTION BUTTONSGRILL Grill indoors while creating evenchar, grill marks, and grilled flavor.AIR CRISP For crispiness and crunch withlittle to no oil.ROAST Tenderize meats, roast vegetables,and more.BAKE Bake cakes, treats, desserts, and more.DEHYDRATE Dehydrate meats, fruits,and vegetables for healthy snacks.OPERATING BUTTONSPOWER button Once the unit isplugged in, press the power button toturn on the unit. Pressing it during cookingstops the current cooking function andturns off the unit.TEMP iQ button Allows you to set an alertwhen using the temperature probe soyou know when food is cooked to yourpreferred doneness. TEMP iQ does notwork with the Dehydrate function.TEMP arrows Use the up and downTEMP arrows to adjust the cookingtemperature in any function. When usingthe GRILL function, toggle the GRILLbutton or use the up and down arrowsto adjust cooking temperature.TIME arrows Use the up and downTIME arrows to adjust the cook time in anyfunction. When using the TEMP iQ button,setting the time is not an available option.START/STOP button After selectingtemperature and time, press theSTART/STOP button to begin cooking.STANDBY MODEThe unit will go into Standby Mode ifcooking is not in process and there hasbeen no interaction with the control panelfor 10 minutes.The control panel display showstime in an HH:MM format.
