Remove the beaterfrom the cylinder.(Be careful not to dropthe scraper bladesonto the ground.)2. Remove the creamseal from the driveshaft at the back ofthe cylinder.3. Clean the (outside of)the cylinder.cleaninganddisinfecting4. Disassemble thebeater.5. Clean and disinfect allcomponents and drythem carefully with aclean towel (prefera-bly paper). (see para-graph 7.2.3)6. Lubricate the creamseal.7. Fit the cream seal tothe drive shaft.8. Assemble the beater. 9. Insert the beater inthe cylinder.
