[ 68 ]13 OrganizerYour phone has a calendar, alarm clock, stopwatch, andcontact database—everything you need in an organizer orpersonal digital assistant.• ALARM CLOCKYour phone alarm clock can be set to sound an alarm at a time you specify. Thealarm clock uses the clock time format (12 or 24—hour format). The icon,displayed on the start screen, indicates that an alarm is set. The alarm clock willwork, regardless if the phone is on or off.Important: The alarm clock works in conjunction with your phone clock. Make surethe time and date are correct before using this feature.Set the alarm1 Press Menu > Organizer > Alarm clock, and press Select.2 Enter the alarm time, and press OK.3 Select am or pm, and press OK.Respond to an alarmAt the time of the alarm, the phone sounds an alert tone, displays an animatedmessage, and flashes its lights.Press Stop or the End key to stop the alarm from sounding, and return to the startscreen.ENABLE SNOOZE1 Press Menu > Organizer > Alarm clock, and press Select.2 Press the Snooze soft key.3 Press any key (except the End key or Stop).4 Allow the alarm to sound for one minute.Once snooze is enabled, the alarm will sound again in 10 minutes.Alarm when phone is offIf the alarm time is reached while the phone is switched off, the phone switchesitself on and starts sounding the alarm tone. If you press Stop, the phone askswhether you want to activate the phone for calls. Press No to switch off the phoneor Yes to make and receive calls.Warning! Do not press Yes when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it maycause interference or danger.
