Theseoptions appear when you press Contacts.Use the scroll keys to scroll to the optionyou want.Display the phone bookPhone book information can be displayedin two different ways:• Name list-Entries displayed as a listof names• Name+number-Name and defaultnumber displayedWhen viewing the phone book, use theup or down scroll keys to scroll throughthe phone book entries.Change phone book view1 Press Contacts, scroll to Settings,then press Select.2 Select Scrolling view, then scroll tothe view option you want.3 Press Select to confirm your choice.• EDIT A NAME OR NUMBERYou can edit a phone book entry at anytime.1 Locate the phone book entry youwish to edit.2 Press Details, then press Options.Option FunctionSearch Search for a specificphone book entry.Add new Add a new contact toyour phone book.Edit name Edit the name of a phonebook entry.Delete Delete phone bookentries one by one or allat once.AddnumberAdd a phone number toan existing contact.Settings Display a list of phonebook options, includingphone book memorystatus and scrolling view.SpeeddiallingAssign phone bookentries to any of the 8speed dialling locations.Voice tags Create and manage voicetags for voice dialling.OwnnumberDisplays your phonenumbers.CallergroupsOrganise phone bookentries into groups andcategories and assignspecial ringing tones andgraphics to the group.Option Function
