To create a folder, select Options > New folder and enter a name for thefolder.■ MailboxSelect Menu > Messag. > Mailbox.When you open this folder, you can connect to your remote mailbox (network service) to do the following:• Retrieve new e-mail headings or messages.• View your previously retrieved e-mail headings or messages offline.When you scroll to your mailbox and press the joystick, the phone asks you if you want to Connect to mailbox?.Select Yes to connect to your mailbox or No to view previously retrieved e-mail messages offline.Another way to start a connection is to select Options > Connect.If you select New message > Create: > E-mail or Mailbox in the messaging main view and you have not set upyour e-mail account, you are prompted to do so. See E-mail settings p. 44.When you create a new mailbox, the name you give to the mailbox automatically replaces Mailbox in theMessaging main view. You can have up to six mailboxes.When you are online, select Options > Disconnect to end the data call or packet data connection to the remotemailbox.Retrieve e-mail messages from the mailbox1. Select Menu > Messag. > Mailbox > Options > Connect. A connection is established to the remotemailbox.2. Select Options > Retrieve e-mail and from the following options:New — to retrieve all new e-mail messages to your phoneSelected — to retrieve only the e-mail messages that have been marked
