Theseservices are specifically designed formobile phones and they aremaintained by WAP serviceproviders.Note: Your phone must beswitched on to use thisfunction. Do not switch thephone on when wirelessphone use is prohibited orwhen it may causeinterference or danger.Check the availability of WAPservices, pricing and tariffs with yournetwork operator and/or the WAPservice provider whose service youwant to use. Service providers willalso give you instructions on how touse their services.The WAP services use Wireless Mark-up Language (WML) on their WAPpages. Web pages using the Hyper-Text Mark-up Language (HTML)cannot be viewed on your phone.■ Basic steps foraccessing and using aWAP service1. Obtain the connection settingsthat are needed to access theWAP service that you want touse.2. Make a call, that is a connection,to the given WAP service. See”Making a connection to a WAPservice” on page 47.4. Start browsing the pages of theWAP service.
