All rights reserved.■ FoldersThe phone saves received text andmultimedia messages in the Inboxfolder.Multimedia messages that have notyet been sent are moved to theOutbox folder.If you have selected Messagesettings > Text messages > Savesent messages > Yes, and Messagesettings > Multimedia msgs. > Savesent messages > Yes, the sentmessages are saved in the Sent itemsfolder.To save the text message that youare writing and wish to send later inthe Saved items folder, selectOptions > Save message > Savedtext msgs.. For multimediamessages, select the option Savemessage. indicates unsentmessages.To organize your text messages, youcan move some of them to Myfolders or add new folders for yourmessages. Select Messages > Saveditems > Text messages > My folders.To add a folder, select Options > Addfolder. If you have not saved anyfolders, select Add.To delete or rename a folder, scroll tothe desired folder, and selectOptions > Delete folder or Renamefolder.■ Flash messagesFlash messages are text messagesthat are instantly displayed uponreception.Write a flash messageSelect Menu > Messages > Createmessage > Flash message. Writeyour message. The maximum lengthof a flash message is 70 characters.To insert a blinking text into themessage, select Insert blink char.from the options list to set a marker.The text after the marker blinks untila second marker is inserted.Receive a flash messageA received flash message is notautomatically saved. To read themessage, select Read. To extractphone numbers, e-mail addresses,and Web site addresses from thecurrent message, select Options >Use detail. To save the message,select Save and the folder in whichyou want to save the message.
