All rights reserved.Using the stopwatch or allowing itto run in the background when usingother features increases the demandon battery power and reduces thebattery life.Measure time1 At the start screen, select Menu> Organiser > Stopwatch >Split timing and press Select.2 Press Start to begin split timing.The running time is displayed onthe screen.3 Press Stop to end the timing.The total time is displayed onthe screen.Measure split timeYou can use the split time functionfor such things as a long distancerace when you need to pace yourself.1 At the start screen, select Menu> Organiser > Stopwatch >Split timing > Start.2 Press Split to note the lapsedtime.The timer continues to run. Thesplit time appears below therunning time. If you split thetime more than once, the newmeasured time appears at thebeginning of the list. You canscroll to see previous measuredtimes.3 Press Stop to end the splittiming.Measure lap timeYou can use the lap time functionwhen you want to track how long ittakes to complete each cycle or lap.1 At the start screen, select Menu> Organiser > Stopwatch > Laptiming > Start.2 Press Lap to note the lap time.The clock stops, then startsimmediately from zero. The laptime appears below the runningtime. If you take more than onelap time, the new measured timeappears at the beginning of thelist. You can scroll to seeprevious measured times. Whenyou press Stop, the total timeappears at the top.SAVE THE LAP TIME1 While the clock is running, pressStop > Options > Save andpress Select.2 Enter a name for themeasurement and press OK.If you do not enter a name, thetotal time is used as the defaulttitle for the lap time.OptionsYou can choose the followingoptions when using the stopwatch:Continue — Shows up when thestopwatch is working in thebackground.Show last time — Allows you toview the last measured time.
