All rights reserved. 39■ Business cardsYou can send and receive a person’scontact information from a compatibledevice that supports the vCardstandard as a business card.To send a business card, search for thecontact whose information you wantto send, and select Details > Options >Send business card > Via multimedia,Via text message, Via infrared, or ViaBluetooth.When you receive a business card,select Show > Save to save thebusiness card in the phone memory. Todiscard the business card, select Exit >Yes.■ SettingsSelect Menu > Contacts > Settingsand from the following options:Memory in use — to select the SIM cardor phone memory for your contacts.Select Phone and SIM to recall namesand numbers from both memories. Inthat case, when you save names andnumbers, they are saved in the phonememory.Contacts view — to select how thenames and numbers in Contacts aredisplayedName display — to select whether thecontact’s first or last name is displayedfirstFont size — to set the font size for thelist of contactsMemory status — to view the free andused memory capacity■ GroupsSelect Menu > Contacts > Groups toarrange the names and phone numberssaved in the memory into caller groupswith different ringing tones and groupimages.■ Speed dialsTo assign a number to a speed-dialingkey, select Menu > Contacts > Speeddials, and scroll to the speed-dialingnumber that you want.Select Assign, or if a number hasalready been assigned to the key, selectOptions > Change. Select Search andthe contact you want to assign. If theSpeed dialling function is off, thephone asks whether you want toactivate it.
