[ 45 ]Voicemail• LISTEN TO YOUR VOICE MESSAGESOnce you have set up voicemail, you can dial the number in one offour ways:• Dial the number using the keypad.• Press and hold the 1 key.• Select Listen if there is a notification message in the display.• Select Messages > Voice messages > Listen to voice messages.After a brief pause, your phone dials the voicemail number.Once you connect and the prerecorded greeting begins, follow theautomated instructions to listen to your voice messages.• AUTOMATE VOICEMAILYou can insert special characters called “dialing codes” into phone numberssuch as voicemail and then save the number to a 1-touch dialing location.Dialing codes instruct the receiving system to pause, wait, bypass, or acceptthe numbers that follow them in the dialing string.Note: Each voicemail service can vary. The examples and stepsthat follow are for clarification.
