8[ 86 ]• USE PICTURE MESSAGESYour phone offers you 10 picture message templates under Messages >Templates. You can use these templates to send pictures to your friendsand family. You can also save new pictures in the Templates folder.Notes about picture messages• You can send and receive pictures if this function is supported by yourservice provider.• Only phones that offer picture messaging can receive and display theimages.• Each picture message is made up of several text messages. Therefore,sending one picture message may cost more than sending one textmessage. Contact your service provider for pricing information.• Pictures are not saved in SIM card memory and won’t transfer if youuse your SIM card with another phone.Send picture messages1 Press Menu, then Select.2 Scroll to Templates, then press Select.3 Scroll to the picture you want to send, and press Select.The picture appears. To choose a different picture, press Back, scrollto another picture, then press Select.4 Press Options, scroll to Send, then press Select.5 Recall or enter the phone number to which you want to send thepicture message.Note: The phone number you choose must be able to receivepicture messages.6 Press OK.Send picture messages with text1 Press Menu 01-1 (Messages > Write messages).
