Messagescan be saved to the Drafts folderbefore they are sent. Messages aretemporarily placed in the Outbox towait for sending. After a messagehas been sent, you can find a copy ofthe message in the Sent folder.Received and sent messages are inread-only state until you selectReply or Forward, which copies themessage to an editor. Note that youcannot forward e-mail messages youyourself have sent, and thatrestrictions may apply to forwardingreceived messages.Opening a received message• When you receive a message,and the note 1 newmessage is shown in standbymode, press Show to open themessage.• If you have more than one newmessage, press Show to open theInbox to see the messageheadings.
