You can have up to six mailboxes.Open the mailboxWhen you open the mailbox, you can choose whether you want to view thepreviously retrieved e-mail messages and e-mail headings with or withoutconnecting to the e-mail server.When you scroll to your mailbox and press the joystick, Connect to mailbox?appears. Select Yes to connect to your mailbox or No to view previously retrievede-mail messages while not logged in to the e-mail server.Another way to start a connection is to select Options > Connect.Retrieve e-mail messagesIf you are not logged in to the e-mail server, selectOptions > Connect to start a connection to aremote mailbox.1 When you have an open connection to aremote mailbox, select Options > Retrievee-mail and one of the following:• New—To retrieve all new e-mail messagesto your phone.• Selected—To retrieve only the e-mailmessages that have been marked. Use theMark/Unmark > Mark or Unmarkcommands to select messages one by one.See "Common actions for all applications" on page 17.• All—To retrieve all messages from the mailbox.To cancel retrieving, press Cancel. After you have retrieved the e-mailmessages, you can continue viewing them online.2 Select Options > Disconnect to close the connection and view the messagesoffline from the e-mail server.
