The limited warranty for the cellular phone, dataproduct and all genuine Nokia accessories (exceptbattery packs) extends for the first twelve (12)months beginning on the date of purchase of theProduct.2. The limited warranty for genuine Nokia batterypacks extends for the first six (6) monthsbeginning on the date of purchase of the Product.3. The limited warranty extends only to the originalconsumer purchaser ("Consumer") of the Productand is not assignable or transferable to anysubsequent purchaser/end user.4.
