When sending businesscards to another phone, make sure that the other phone is set toreceive data via its IR port.You can also print a business card via a compatible printer using theoption Print card via IR.Copying a name and number to your phoneTo copy names and phone numbers from another compatible phone,you first need to set your phone to receive data through its IR portby entering the Infrared (Menu 9).Then, the user of the other phone can send you a name and numberas a business card. When you receive the business card, press Show,then press Options, select, Save or Discard, and press OK.Caller groupsYou can set the phone to sound a specific ringing tone and flash aselected graphic on the display when you receive a call from aparticular name and phone number. To do this, first include a nameand number in a caller group. Then, define a ringing tone andgraphic for this group.Note: You can set the phone to ring only upon receiving callsfrom names and numbers that belong to a specific callergroup by using the Alert for setting under the Profilesmenu (see page 28).
