The GUI provides a variety of features for the home network includingrouting and firewall capability. By using the GUI, users can connect all smartequipment in their home, including personal computers, set-top boxes, mobilephones, and other consumer electronics devices, to the Internet.8.2.1 LoginUse the procedure below to login to the web-based GUI for the A-240Z-A.Procedure 6 Login to web-based GUI1 Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the CPE in the address bar.The login window appears.The default gateway IP address is http://192.168.1.1. You can connect to this IP addressusing your web browser after connecting your PC to one of Ethernet ports of the CPE. Thestatic IP address of your PC must be in the same 192.168.1.x subnet as the CPE.2 Enter your username and password in the Log in window, as shown in Figure 15.
