GB 30PROBLEM SOLVINGFRONT PANEL DISPLAYProblemThe remote control is not working.You see the on-screen message.Viewing card error.You have forgotten your secret PINcode.Possible causesBattery exhausted.Remote control is incorrectlyaimed.The DMP is in standby mode.The DMP can’t recognise or detectyour Smartcard.What to doChange the batteries (both).Aim the remote control at box.Check that nothing blocks the frontpanel.Check if (.) is flashing on the frontpanel display when you press a button.If not replace the batteries (both).Check that you are using the properSmartcard. Check that the Smartcardhas been correctly inserted with thegold chip downwards.
