Listen to the voice tag assigned to acontactSelect the contact and Options > Viewdetails > Options > Voice tag details >Options > Play voice tag.Before using voice tags, note thefollowing:• Voice tags are not language-dependent. They are dependent onthe speaker's voice.• You must say the name exactly as yousaid it when you recorded it.• Voice tags are sensitive tobackground noise. Record voice tagsand use them in a quiet environment.• Very short names are not accepted.Use long names, and avoid similarnames for different numbers.Note: Using voice tags may be difficult ina noisy environment or during anemergency, so you should not rely solelyupon voice dialling in all circumstances.Save and edit names and numbersSelect > Contacts.Add a new contact to the contacts list1 Select Options > New contact.2 Fill in the appropriate fields, andselect Done.Edit a contactSelect a contact and Options > Viewdetails > Options > Edit.Ringing tones, images, and call text forcontactsYou can define a ringing tone for a contactor group, and an image and a call text fora contact. When the contact calls you, thedevice plays the selected ringing tone andshows the call text or image if the caller’sphone number is sent with the call andyour device recognises it.To define a ringing tone for a contact or acontact group, select the contact orcontact group, Options > Viewdetails > Options > Ringing tone, anda ringing tone.To define the call text for a contact, selectthe contact and Options > Viewdetails > Options > Add text for call.Enter the call text, and select OK.1 To add an image for a contact savedin the device memory, select thecontact and Options > Viewdetails > Options > Add image.2 Select an image from Photos.To remove the ringing tone, selectDefault tone from the list of ringingtones.To view, change, or remove the imagefrom a contact, select the contact,Options > View details > Options >Image, and the desired option.Contacts 31© 2010 Nokia.
