Ensure that your handdoes not cover the GPS antenna of yourdevice. If the weather conditions are bad,the signal strength may be affected. Somevehicles have tinted (athermic) windows,which may block the satellite signals.Q: Why can’t I find my friend’s devicewhile using Bluetooth connectivity?A: Check that both devices are compatible,have activated Bluetooth connectivity,and are not in hidden mode. Check alsothat the distance between the two devicesis not over 10 metres (33 feet) and thatthere are no walls or other obstructionsbetween the devices.Q: Why can’t I end a Bluetoothconnection?A: If another device is connected to yourdevice, you can close the connection fromthe other device or deactivate Bluetoothconnectivity in your device.
