You can now start to use the musicplayer with the car kit.If you do not want to connect a music player to the car kit, you canattach the connectivity cable with the supplied clip to the desiredlocation in your car.Bluetooth connectionYou can use the car kit with a compatible music player and phone at thesame time through a Bluetooth connection.For a Bluetooth connection, you need a compatible music player thatsupports Bluetooth technology.Before you can connect your music player to the car kit using Bluetoothtechnology, you must pair the car kit with the player. Do as follows:1. Switch on the music player and the car kit.2. Follow the pairing instructions in the user guide for your musicplayer. When the music player asks for a device to pair, select the carkit from the list of found devices. If you are asked for a Bluetoothpasscode, enter 0000 on the music player.If your music player does not have a keypad, the device may use theBluetooth passcode 0000 by default. If this is not the case, see theuser guide of your music player to change the default Bluetoothpasscode to 0000.The car kit is now paired with and connected to the music player andready for use.You can pair the car kit with up to eight phones and music players intotal but connect it to only one phone and one music player at a time.Connect the car kit manuallyIf you have paired the car kit with a compatible music player (or acompatible Nokia phone with a music player feature), press to makea Bluetooth connection to the paired device when no call is in progress.
