Since devices using Bluetooth technology communicateusing radio waves, your device and the other devices donot need to be in direct line-of-sight. The two devices onlyneed to be within a maximum of 10 meters of each other,although the connection can be subject to interferencefrom obstructions such as walls or from other electronicdevices.Start using BluetoothSelect Menu > Connect. > Bluetooth.1. When you activate Bluetooth for the first time, you areasked to give a name to your device. Give your devicea unique name to make it easy to recognize if thereare several Bluetooth devices in the vicinity.2. Select Bluetooth > On.3. Select My phone's visibility > Shown to all.Your device and the name you entered can now be seenby other users with devices using Bluetooth technology.SettingsDefine the following settings:• Bluetooth — Select On to be able to connect to anothercompatible device using Bluetooth connectivity.• My phone's name — Enter a name for your device. Thename is visible to other devices that search for devicesusing Bluetooth technology. The maximum length ofthe name is 30 characters.• Remote SIM mode — Select On to enable anotherdevice, such as a compatible car kit enhancement, touse the SIM card in your device to connect to thenetwork.
